Abstract:
In this presentation, we go through several works in medical image processing and analysis. Specifically, contributions in the field brain activation detection and estimation using functional Magnetic Resonance Imaging (fMRI) are presented. A technique for relapse prediction in cancer using Magnetic Resonance Spectroscopy (MRS) is then presented. Finally, recent contributions in biomedical signal monitoring are presented. More precisely, drowsiness detection using EEG data and a machine learning based approach is discussed.
