Vor rund zwei Jahren initiierten Prof. Pech, Dr. Grosser (Direktor und leitender Physiker an der Klinik für Radiologie und Nuklearmedizin des Universitätsklinikums Magdeburg), Herr Trautwein (Geschäftsführer der RAYLYTIC) sowie Prof. Rose (Sprecher des Forschungscampus STIMULATE) gemeinsam am Forschungscampus eine Projektbeantragung im Förderprogramm „Industrie-in-Klinik“ des Bundesministeriums für Bildung und Forschung.
Was einst als Projekt begann, konnte sich durch eine Evaluation des Problem-Solution-Fit und zugehöriger Business-Modelle zu einer soliden Basis für die Ausgründung eines Startups weiterentwickeln. Als solches zeichnet es sich durch ein höchst innovatives Produkt mit hohem Kundennutzen aus. Das Marktpotenzial der Anwendungsanalyse und Usability bieten mediMESH ausgezeichnete Möglichkeiten, schnell und effizient zu wachsen.
Diese Punkte sehen Dr. Enrico Pannicke, Dr. Bennet Hensen, Dr. Marcus Jenke sowie Dr. Benedikt Janny in ihrem gemeinsamen Vorhaben als gegeben und haben somit den nächsten Schritt der Unternehmensgründung verfolgt.
Wir gratulieren den vier Unternehmern zur Ausgründung der mediMESH – Clinical Insights GmbH und wünschen viel Erfolg bei der Reise durch die Welt der Startups. Der Forschungscampus STIMULATE wird den Gründern auch weiterhin zur Seite stehen.

Spin-off of mediMESH - Clinical Insights
Around two years ago, Prof. Pech, Dr. Grosser (Director and Senior Physicist at the Department of Radiology and Nuclear Medicine at Magdeburg University Hospital), Mr. Trautwein (Managing Director of RAYLYTIC) and Prof. Rose (Spokesperson of the Research Campus STIMULATE) jointly initiated a project application at the Research Campus in the "Industry-in-Clinic" funding programme of the Federal Ministry of Education and Research.
What once began as a project was able to develop into a solid basis for the spin-off of a start-up through an evaluation of the problem-solution fit and associated business models. As such, it is characterised by a highly innovative product with high customer value. The market potential of application analysis and usability offer mediMESH excellent opportunities to grow quickly and efficiently.
Dr. Enrico Pannicke, Dr. Bennet Hensen, Dr. Marcus Jenke as well as Dr. Benedikt Janny see these points as a given in their joint venture and have thus pursued the next step of founding a company.
